Refit: List for next visit

This list is perpetually under construction and seems long but isn't.  (Comparatively…). It had been a running list of materials and tasks that was pages long, and included the hundreds of completed items.   I finally decided to delete anything already done and reorganize the list for the final stages of refit.

Aloft

• install wind instrument
• replace masthed and steaming/deck light.
• remove prior wind instrument and cable
• troublehoot radar cable
• Inspect and service masthead sheaves. 

Battery box area

• Trickle charge wire from multiplus to be co terminated with BMV412 Aux battery wire, and routed to start battery.
• Temp sensor to house batt to be re routed.
• Connect regulator wire and BMV712 start battery wire.
• M6 holes to be tapped for hold down bolts
• Install alignment pieces for BB lid
• label fuses - confirm values
• Voltage sense wire from regulator to be brought back to double stud.
• DC:DC charger to be programmed for Litime battery
• Remove infrastructure from wind gen.
• Relocate MPPT to inside, repurposing the Wind generator wiring
• Install second MPPT, relocate first 
• secure all cable bundles
• Drill finger hole in large panel and fit small panel properly in stbd aft cabin 
• check Alternator -ve and engine ground for isolation from hull
• build barrier for electrical area
• Cerbo connections
• check water heater for continuity and shorts.

Stern

• Tighten hose clamps on vents.
• install anchor roller
• Connsider relocation of sailgen to PS or second bracket.
• Tighten Ladder  
• connect shower hose
• devise deck protection from ladder
• install fishing rod holders, rescue buoy
• Close access port in transom trunk
• Propane solenoid 

Arch
